Garrett Reuss, an owner of Aspen Snowmass Sotheby’s International Realty, is considered an authority on Aspen and Snowmass Village real estate. His sales career with Aspen Snowmass Sotheby's International Realty has spanned over 27 years. Garrett’s greatest asset is his knowledge of the market and his passion for helping families find or build their perfect home in the Roaring Fork Valley. His work as a residential developer in the Aspen/Snowmass area gives him unique knowledge in navigating the local building process which is critical to buyers and sellers in understanding residential remodel potential and new development opportunities. He takes pride in delivering on the promise of superior service and care for his clients, and has successfully guided thousands of clients with their sale and purchase of real estate throughout the Roaring Fork Valley.

Garrett works primarily with families and investors. Like most successful real estate agents, Garrett depends heavily on the referrals he receives from his past and current clients. He recognizes that each and every client deserves the best advice that only comes from extensive and intensive study of the local real estate market. In the 27 years since Garrettbegan his real estate career, he has consistently been among the top producing brokers in the Aspen/Snowmass market and within his firm of over 170 agents. 

From 2004-2012, Garrett also served as the Managing Broker for the Snowmass Village office of Aspen Snowmass Sotheby’s International Real Estate and has been a mentor to countless sales associates throughout the years. As a leader in his firm, he has helped mold a sustainable future for seasoned broker-associates as well as new ones. He helped create the firm's mentoring broker program which has leveraged the experience and knowledge of the most senior agents with the energetic and high-tech talents of newcomers.
